发动机故障灯亮,试车行驶时发现,加速无力。有三元催化器堵了的感觉。此车为事故车,维修后又增加机油散热器漏油和涡轮增压器漏油故障。
The engine fault light is on. It is found that the acceleration is weak during the test drive. It feels like the three-way catalytic converter is blocked. This car is an accident car. After maintenance, oil leakage of oil radiator and turbocharger were added.
故障诊断:接上诊断仪,进入DAS,快速测试,故障码为左、右进气道关闭极限位置开关存在内部故障。分析故障原因可能有:
Fault diagnosis: connect the diagnostic instrument, enter DAS and test quickly. The fault code is that there is an internal fault in the left and right inlet closing limit position switches. Analysis of the causes of the failure may include:
(1)开关电机插头没有插或没有插好;
(1) The switch motor plug is not inserted or not inserted properly;
(2)左右进气道摆臂装反,或者是没有装配到位;
(2) The swing arms of the left and right intake ports are installed reversely or not in place;
(3)电机损坏,进气道关闭传感器识别不到位置;
(3) The motor is damaged and the air inlet is closed, so the sensor can not identify the position;
(4)ME采集错误信号,而后对开关电机停止工作。
(4) Me collects the error signal and then stops the switch motor.
检查插头,因为在更换维修机油散热器漏油和涡轮增压器漏油时拆装过,怀疑是不是插头没插好或是里面有脏东西。重新拆装,拔下插头没有发现有什么异常,装上后故障依旧。
Check the plug, because it was disassembled during the replacement and maintenance of oil radiator and turbocharger oil leakage. I doubt if the plug is not inserted properly or there is something dirty inside. Re assembly, pull out the plug, no abnormality was found, and the fault remained after installation.
拆掉盖板拿掉增压进气管,就可以直接的看见摆臂。摆臂没有装反。检查电机,进入控制模块适配器,电机,电机发出“啪啪”的响声。确定电机本身应该没有问题,线路上也没问题。
Remove the cover plate, remove the booster intake pipe, you can see the swing arm directly. The swing arm is not reversed. Check the motor, enter the control module adapter, activate the motor, and the motor makes a "pop" sound. Make sure there is no problem with the motor itself and the circuit.
考虑到当时给这辆车换了带空气流量传感器的增压进气管,有可能是进气道关闭电机,接收到来自空气流量传感器不可信数据,保护导致关闭此功能不再工作。
Considering that the supercharged intake pipe with air flow sensor was replaced for the car at that time, it is possible that the intake port closing motor received unreliable data from the air flow sensor, and the protection led to the closing of this function and no longer working.
装配好后试车,当再次出现故障,加速无力,熄火后把空气流量传感器的两个插头都拔掉再试车。一般出现故障只需要打着车后,一加油就会出现。但行驶了大概有15km时还没有出现此类故障。

更换空气流量传感器后,需要做控制模块的匹配。匹配好后试车行驶一小段距离故障再次出现,怀疑是配件的问题了。

当时换这个增压管时,是因为在空气增压器管的接口处有裂痕,但原车的空气流量传感器是没有问题的。重新装配原来的增压管,装配好删除故障码后再次试车,刚打着车时,加速一切正常,并伴随着强烈的推背感。但行驶一小段短距离后故障再次出现,加速踏板一下踩到底车辆只有缓缓的提速现象,强烈推背感不再有。
When the supercharger pipe was replaced, it was because there was a crack at the interface of the air supercharger pipe, but there was no problem with the air flow sensor of the original car. Reassemble the original booster pipe, assemble it, delete the fault code, and then test it again. When I just drove, everything was normal, accompanied by a strong sense of pushing back. However, after driving for a short distance, the fault reappeared. When the accelerator pedal was pressed to the bottom, the vehicle only slowly increased its speed, and the strong feeling of pushing back was no longer felt.
再次连接诊断仪,故障码依然是:左、右进气道关闭极限位置开关存在内部故障。这时候已经是晚上九点半了,一下不知道从何处下手了。再次重新整理思路,从故障码看,两边开关的位置都报故障时,得从电机或是控制电机上下手。拆下增压进气管,再次观察电机时的动作。

刚开始时电机“啪、啪”响,但是被电机控制的摆臂工作几下后就停下不再摆动,多次会出现通信故障:B96/1(左侧进气道关闭开关)和B96/2(右侧进气道关闭开关)都处于关闭状态。此后电机不再受控制。

用螺丝刀去手动拨动电机摆臂,拨不动。稍用点力就可拨动,伸下手去摸摆臂时,发现摆臂旁边有东西挡着,而这个就是固定开关电机的螺丝,发现故障点。
