拆卸火花塞及点火线圈查看后无异常,由于无缺火及单独缸混合气异常,说明喷油嘴无异常,用专业仪表测得 燃油低压压力为0.5Mpa,与标准值误差不大,空气流量为13.5kg/h 为正常,读取节气门开度时发现故障出现时开度忽大忽小,可见是由于配气造成得,再凉车启动时发动机电脑会使混合气比较浓,但不应忽大忽小。此可见 要么是在近气过程中漏气,要么是进气管或气门有积碳影响进气效果。

查看节气门发现机碳不算特别严重,清洗后装回,故障依旧。拆卸进气管查看管道及气门,发现气门积碳严重,使用清洗剂将气门及管道清理干净后,恢复并删除发动机调效值,试车怠速不稳得问题已经解决,但加速仍稍微不足,师傅判断应是进气管道内得机油积碳卡滞引起进气歧管上DISA阀损坏,经拆卸 阀1无法正常工作 阀2 无法完全打开。更换试车后故障排除。
