(4)检验气缸盖，根据情况更换气缸盖衬垫，清进进、排气歧管及消声器并紧、固其螺栓、螺母，检查并紧固飞轮壳与缸体的螺栓。
(4) Inspect the cylinder head, replace the cylinder head gasket as appropriate, clean the intake and exhaust manifolds and mufflers, tighten and fasten their bolts and nuts, and check and tighten the bolts between the flywheel housing and the cylinder block.
(5)清理机油粗、细滤清器更换细滤芯)，拆栓机油泵、机油集滤器装上油底壳并紧固，发动机装配后，按规定加注对号的新机渍规定高度。

(7)拆检水泵，根据情况更换密封皮碗和垫圈，水泵轴加注润滑脂，检查节温器疏通水道及分水管。

二、离合器及传动部分：
2、 Clutch and transmission part:
(1)分解、清洗、检查和调整离合器(根据情况更换被动盘磨擦片和分离轴承)，高速离合器跳板的自由行程，向跳板轴加注润滑脂。

(3)拆检万向节，根据情况进行更换，检查伟动轴的弯曲并进行校正，检查传动轴与伸缩套的松旷程度，拆栓中间轴承及支架，加注传动系统润滑脂，检查并紧固拖车挂鬼及螺母。
