驱动桥壳曲折变形的简易查验方法如下:

1、半轴中心位置比照法关于装有半轴套管的后桥壳,此法比较简便。
1. Comparing the central position of the half-axle with that of the rear axle housing with the half-axle casing, this method is relatively simple.
①将轮ft外端面修平,其端面摆差。
(1) Leveling the outer end face of the wheel ft to eliminate the end face sway error.
②将两端轮v装到后桥壳上,按规则调好轮毅轴承紧度;将标准半轴装上,从桥壳中部装入减速器的孔中,测试左右两半轴中心位置端头是否对正,来判断桥壳有无曲折变形。两中心之差,大修允许值为0. 75 mm,极限值为1. OOmmo
(2) Install the two end wheels V on the rear axle housing and adjust the tightness of the wheel bearing according to the rules. Install the standard half axle into the hole of the reducer from the middle of the axle housing, and test whether the end of the center position of the left and right half axles is right to judge whether the axle housing has bending deformation or not. 2、查验棒查验法用比桥壳长50mm,直径比半轴套管内径小2mm的查验棒,刺进整个套管内,如能自由转动,为基本符合要求。不然,即为曲折变形超限。
2. Inspection rod inspection method uses inspection rod which is 50 mm longer than the bridge housing and 2 mm smaller than the inner diameter of the half-axle casing to penetrate the whole casing. If it can rotate freely, it is basically in line with the requirements. Otherwise, it means that the tortuous deformation exceeds the limit.
3、拉线查验法在半轴套管内穿一细线,线的两端伸出管外,并悬以重物使线拉直,细线如能和管内孔壁均匀贴合,即为符合要求。为查验精确,应沿管内孔圆周每隔45“检测一次。
